The Post:

NATIONAL SALES HEAD (NSH)
Develop strategic plan for achieving target, manage and coordinate sales team, maintain relationship with all branches, and responsible for the target of production.

BUSINESS SUPPORT STAFF (BSS)
Maintain good communication with partners, supporting the sales team to achieve target and maintain relationship with the sales team.

BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER (BSM)
Develop strategic plan for after sales service program build and maintain long-term relationship with partners, and responsible to support the proccess of administration and ensure all operation follow standard procedure.

General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) of reputable university, min. GPA 3.00
- Min. 2 years experience in Banking or Multifinance or related area
- Target oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong leadership and negotiation skill (NSH & BSM)
- Having wide networking (NSH)
- Willing to travel throughout our branches (NSH)
- Own vehicle is preferable
- Local person is preferred for Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Palembang, Makassar and Medan (BSS)
